At the end of each day, spend some time with your child reflecting on their emotions and choosing 1-3 primary emotions to record. At the end of the week, help your child reflect on their emotions by reviewing what shapes are on the tracker. Discuss observable patterns, helping your child begin to understand their emotions from a broad view.
